Cookies and browser storage

Last updated 26 September 2026. Triad Core uses only what it needs to work. It has no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and does not load third-party trackers.

Cookies

Session cookie (set when you sign in, shared across your company's Triad Core addresses): keeps you signed in. Expires when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.
Language cookie: remembers the language you chose before signing in.

Browser storage

Small preference entries (theme, sidebar layout, dismissed tips, unsent drafts) stay in your browser's local storage and are not sent to anyone. The app can also keep a copy of pages for offline use on your device.

Your choices

Because these are strictly necessary, they are used without a consent banner. You can delete them in your browser settings; you will then be signed out and your preferences reset. Portal and signature pages set no cookies of their own.
