Acceptable use policy
Last updated 26 September 2026. This policy applies to everyone who uses Triad Core, including through the API, connected mailboxes, portal links and Triad AI. It is part of the terms of use and of each customer's agreement.
Do not
- Break the law, or help others do so, including privacy, export control, sanctions, consumer protection and anti-spam laws.
- Send unsolicited bulk or marketing email through Triad Core or a connected mailbox, or email people the organization has no business relationship with.
- Store or send content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing or malicious, or personal information you have no right to process.
- Try to reach another organization's workspace or data, get around permissions, share accounts, or use someone else's account.
- Probe, scan, load test or overload the service without our written agreement; interfere with its security; or reverse engineer it except as the law allows.
- Use Triad AI to produce content that breaks these rules, or rely on its output for decisions with legal or similar effects on people without human review.
- Resell or provide Triad Core to third parties except as your agreement allows.
Your responsibilities
- Keep passwords and API keys secret and give each person only the access they need.
- Send portal and signature links only to the intended people, and revoke links that are no longer needed.
- Have a legal basis, and give the notices the law requires, for the personal information your organization puts into Triad Core (for example to employees, customers and suppliers).
What we may do
If we reasonably believe this policy is being broken, we may remove content, suspend an account, link, key or integration, or limit use, doing the least needed and telling the customer's administrator promptly, unless the law or an urgent risk prevents it. Report abuse to office@triadglobal.org.
